A majority of our management trainees batch joins us through our internship programme. We also hire for a select few roles through the second-year recruitment processes at MBA schools in India.
One of the best parts about joining Godrej is that we encourage you to explore ‘Your Canvas' across our different businesses. There's a good chance that if you interned in a particular business, you will come back to join it full-time. However, if we find you more suitable for another business, and this matches your career aspirations as well, we are happy to start you out there too.
The duration of each stint differs basis the business you join and the structure and purpose of the stint itself. A typical stint would range from 2-3 months.
The location will differ basis the business and the role you are hired for. During the program you will most likely travel across India for your learning stints.
Our assessment process is based on the Godrej Capability Factors, which define leadership capability at Godrej.
