Who can apply?

Women with previous professional experience of at least two years, who have taken a continuous career break of 6 months or more, and have relevant experience in Manufacturing/Engineering, Sales & Marketing, Operations, Human Resources, Architecture & Interior Design, Legal and Audit, Finance and Accounting, Strategy/General Management.

Project Duration and Type

Projects vary from 3-6 months and can be part-time or full time (up to 42.5 hours a week). These are live business projects across sectors in various divisions of Godrej Industries Limited and Associated Companies.


Your project stipend will depend on the nature of the project, duration of work, previous experience and educational qualification. This can be mutually agreed upon during your interview.


The projects currently listed are based out of our Godrej headquarters in Vikhroli, Mumbai or at the GPL office in Pune. However, some of the projects may require travelling to our other locations as well.

Training and support

Your guide, who will also be the co-owner of the project, will support you throughout the project. You will be also be assigned a mentor and a buddy to help you transition in your new role.
